Input File Manipulation Flip Fasta Header

If your sequence file contains unique identifiers at the end of the FASTA header, you will need to use the Flip function under the Input menu in the PyMood BLAST Launcher window. Flip will convert a FASTA header as follows:

>gi|15224037:c68884-67337, At2g01050
to:
>At2g01050 gi|15224037:c68884-67337

During the conversion, a check for duplicated unique identifiers will be performed.
